The Cowtown Opry
Buckaroo Club
A western
music mentoring program for boys and girls 17yrs. & under
The Buckaroo program was established in 1997 to mentor youngsters to learn and
perform Texas heritage music.
Each year Cowtown Opry presents a music scholastic
scholarship to one or more buckaroos. The only requirements are for the
buckaroo to perform at 12 Opry events the previous year.

Several instrumentalists assist with
mentoring.
The club meets on the 2nd Sunday each
month.
